TSAG's Fire Prevention Program provides management and technical advisory services in the area of fire protection prevention. Specifically, TSAG's Fire Prevention Program:
- Administer the area and regional fire safety poster competition held in First Nation schools.
- Implement and monitor the “Learn Not to Burn” school program.
- Administer area, regional and national hose-laying competition.
- Provide certified and non-certified emergency training.
- Conduct annual fire department reviews.
- Jointly monitors the Disaster Planning and Retention Services with the Province of Alberta.
